Atlas Quant, a London-based startup building an independent verification layer for investment strategies, has closed an oversubscribed SEIS tranche of its seed funding round. The startup, which developed the Atlas Prime platform to help institutions evaluate the robustness of quantitative trading strategies, successfully completed this tranche in under seven weeks.
Investors
The funding round was anchored by a consortium of senior trading heads, portfolio managers, and quantitative researchers, with additional participation from UK and international investors. The group includes professionals with backgrounds at firms such as Citadel, Millennium, BlackRock, Brevan Howard, Morgan Stanley, Citi, Marshall Wace, Point72, and Qube Research & Technologies.
