ARC Intelligence, based in Berlin, Germany, has secured €4 million in seed funding. The startup provides an AI-powered finance operating system that integrates scattered ERP systems into a single data model, enabling automated reporting and analysis for financial teams. This round brings the company's total disclosed funding to approximately €5 million.

Investors

The funding round was led by 42CAP, a venture capital firm with expertise in enterprise software. Participating investors included 468 Capital and IBB Ventures, both of which are existing backers of the company.

ARC Intelligence Use of Funds

The company plans to use the new capital primarily to accelerate its go-to-market strategy. This includes expanding operations into the Netherlands and the UK, with longer-term ambitions to enter the U.S. market. Additionally, the funding will support scaling the team from eight employees to approximately 25 over the coming year.
