Amplience Secures €37.9 Million in Funding

Amplience, a London, UK-based headless content management provider, has secured €37.9 million in funding. 

Investors 

The investment comes from AshGrove Capital’s €650 million Specialty Lending Fund II, which brings Amplience's total funding to €249 million. 

AshGrove Capital is an independent, London-based, pan-European credit manager. It provides flexible and tailored credit solutions to small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Europe, with a typical investment size of €10-40 million. 

Amplience Use of Funds 

The company will use the funding to support its growth and strengthen its platform for enterprise customers across EMEA and North America.
