Adaptis Raises $4 Million in Seed Round

Adaptis, a Toronto, Canada-based platform that empowers building owners and operators to align profitability with sustainability, has raised $4 million in seed funding. 

Investors 

The round was led by Building Ventures, with participation from MetaProp, 2048 Ventures, Powerhouse Ventures, and Blue Vision Capital. 

Building Ventures is an early-stage venture capital firm founded in 2018 and headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, with an additional office in San Francisco. The firm specializes in investing in startups that are transforming the way we design, build, operate, and experience our built environment. 

Adaptis Use of Funds 

The company will use the funds to scale across the U.S. and Canada, expand into broader asset classes, enhance R&D, and strengthen its sales team with key leadership hires.
